I was incredibly lucky to see and photograph this beautiful leucistic red kite. There are only 10 known in the world, and to have the privilege to see one was so amazing.
Leucism is a rare condition that causes a partial loss of pigmentation, giving this majestic bird its unique cream and white colouring while still retaining its sharp, piercing eyes.
